What's on your mind ?

Peaceful co-existence is becoming more and more elusive in today's world even in small communities. This is particularly so in Africa.
  • What should we do to promote peace?
  • What is the role of justice and our expectation of those who dispense it in the scheme of things?
  • Does the justice delivery system require some review?
  • What alternatives are there to the structured justice delivery system as dispensed by the law courts?
  • What of the linkage between government and the Justice delivery system?
  • What functional independence can one expect from a judiciary that is hired and fired by the government ?
  • How can the intrinsic frustrations be avoided or minimised?
  • How can impunity be held in check?
  • What is the role of reward and security of employment for the judiciary in this whole setting?
  • To what extent is violent conflict a derivative of injustice?
  • What is on your mind? Let's brainstorm!
